A Wealth of Spirit

Northview is an affordable housing community designed for active seniors. Perched on a hillside overlooking the Cumberland River, the development includes 254 one- and two-bedroom residences, along with rooftop terraces offering expansive views of downtown Nashville.

The project is a collaboration between Clear Blue Company and Urban Campus and Core, located on property owned by the Born Again Church, and represents an innovative approach to activating underused land in Nashville for thoughtful, affordable senior housing.

Our work on the project included visual identity, exterior wayfinding, and signage design direction.
