Settings for Stories

Memoir Residential is a collection of multifamily residential properties created by AJ Capital Partners around the central idea of local storytelling.

We worked alongside the AJ team to create a brand identity that set a strong foundation for the platform, which will include three properties in Nashville, as well as Portland, New Orleans, Austin, and Miami.

A backwards-slanted script logotype adds a unique and human feel to the brand, while the feather quill monogram, typewriter font, and open book pattern all reference personal writing and desktop materials.
