The Lanes

The Lanes is a new neighborhood in the heart of North Nashville designed to bring a wellness-oriented lifestyle to the city’s urban core. The development team at The Tinsley Company, alongside Big Plan Holdings, the Bradley Group, and Murphy Maude Interiors, envisioned a community of thoughtfully designed single-family homes paired with shared amenities that encourage connection, activity, and everyday well-being.

Studio Delger partnered with the team to lead the naming and brand development for the project.

The name The Lanes emerged from the site’s layered context. It references the site’s history as a former bowling alley and the legacy of the TSU track and field nearby. The name also speaks to the physical experience of the neighborhood itself — tree-lined streets, walkable paths, and an active community rhythm.
